Persistent meeting chats via channels in messages
It would be great to have the facility to have channels created for every meeting that is formed, and every participant of the meeting would be a member in the channel. Once the meeting has ended, the channel should persist until it's archived by an admin or the meeting creator.

Option to download the transcript and the summary alongside the audio of a call recording.
We have had requestsΒ for the option to download the audio of a call recording, but also alongside the audio, download the transcript and the summary as a text file. So essentially, we would have the audio as a WAV file downloaded or MP3, and then alongside that, a download in a either a Markdown or a TXT file containing the summary and the transcript. The classic maximise and minimise window buttons and the 'X' that usually shows on Windows applications wasn't showing for some users upon installing the application for the first time. They had to quit the application and reopen it a second time for the actual buttons to show. Let's investigate if this is a glitch or if it's common behaviour or if it's a one-off or what's going on.

Display number of unread items on desktop app icon
We should display the number of unread notifications on the Desktop App icon, the same as we've done with the iOS app. We need to also translate this to the Desktop App, for Windows, Mac, and also the Android app. So if I have 4 missed calls, 4 chat and unread chats, or any number of notifications that I have unread, that same number should be displayed in the icon of the application on the Mac Dock, Windows System Tray, and Android app icon.

Make it clear to users that favourite contacts = BLF keys
Currently, it's not clear for new users that if they mark an extension as a favourite or if they mark a telephone number as a favourite within the Contacts tab, that it would then appear in their BLF on their phone. We need to make it clearer that marking contacts as favourites, in particular marking telephone numbers as favourites, will then send those contacts to the phone, to the desk phone as a BLF. We need to improve the user experience here.

Automatically dismiss notifications once they have been accessed
Currently notifications of messages donβt disappear even if you have read the message. We need to make sure that the number of unread notifications is reduced when a notification is accessed. For example, if I have a notification for a missed call and I access my call history, that notification should vanish. It should become dismissed automatically.
