We’ve just released a hotfix update for the Production desktop only.
The changes are related to the issues we are currently observing where calls may show the error “call cannot be completed” when trying to start a second or third call.
We have also implemented a test fix for the issue where incoming callers were being automatically placed on hold. Additionally, we’ve added extra logging so we can continue monitoring the behaviour.
Another improvement included in this update:
The desktop app will now automatically check for updates every 3 hours to ensure users are always running the latest version and to prevent cases where the app does not update after a new release.
Please make sure to restart the app to apply the update.
