We have updated the We UC application with the changes listed below.

Major Fixes & Important Updates

• BLF issue fixed on deskphone devices
Statuses are now updating correctly after calls end.
Previously, statuses on deskphone devices were not updating correctly - for example, the “Talking” status could remain active long after a call had ended.
The team is currently monitoring the behaviour to ensure stability.

• Increased Recording Processing Limits for Large Call Recordings
Implemented a short-term fix to prevent issues with large call recording processing. Recordings are now working correctly, while the team continues working on a long-term solution and further improvements to the overall recording workflow.

• Implemented allowing admins to manage meeting recordings

• Implemented allowed features access list, new UI

• Implemented select/deselect all items from the numbers access list

• Implemented right-clicking on a conversation brings up a menu

Softphone & Call Management
• Fixed soft phone elements overlapping
• Fixed the Enter logic in softphone favourites
• Improved calls bar UX for external number dialling
• Fixed from/to field states in call history
• Fixed duplicate voice mail messages to the default and specified in the call divert VM box

Desktop Application
• Fixed can't click when chat is open
• Fixed the screen cut off at the bottom on the contacts pages

Meeting Section
• Fixed audio-only tooltip in meets

Call Groups & Ring Groups
• Fixed call group rename functionality
• Applied music on-hold changes for Ring Group

Recordings & Sharing
• Fixed share recording copy link issue
• Fixed the inability to copy the meeting recording link and the multiple toast issues

User Management & Access Control
• Fixed the missing expiration date in the remove user confirmation modal
• Changed user to member in the user type section

Settings & Configuration
• Implemented new ringtone description
• Implemented music on hold description
• Fixed the redirect from the my device section
• Fixed blank page when opening the invitation link for a new user

Favorites & Contacts
• The favourites tab only shows the searched contact after adding it

Error Handling & Notifications
• Updated error provisioning notification for phones on 3rd-party RPS
